Gala Honorees

Saturday October 17th

The Goose Creek branch of the NAACP held its fifth annual Freedom Fund Gala on Saturday at Cypress Hall in North Charleston's Wannamaker Park.

Members of the community were honored with special awards, and two high school students were recognized for excellence in their schools and community, From left are Somazia Pelzer, Willis Sanders, Rodney Prioleau, Jackie Adams, Veronica Dukes, William Watson and Morgan Curry.
